We bought a HUD (Foreclosed, Govt. owned) home and the entire process was very difficult with initial title issues, water leaks(requiring escrow holdback) and more. Susan and her assistant Christina rose to the challenge and made sure all the deadlines from both the seller(HUD) and the mortgage lender were met. Susan was very responsive and involved in all aspects of the purchase including referring a home inspector, handyman and other vendor services. Highly recommend!

We were quite happy with Susan. She worked hard to get us buyers for our house when we were selling it. We had several stops and starts when buyers fell through and the house had to go back on the market, however Susan stuck with it and she got the house sold. She was very personable during the entire process and made sure that we had all of the information that we needed along the way. Even after the sale was over and we had some packages that landed at the house, she took time out to forward the packages to us. I highly recommend Susan.
