Not only that, she also was our tour guide through the various neighborhoods of Oakland, and we were able to learn more about Oakland through the lens of an expert. her As my parents were closely involved in helping me find and purchase my condo, Susan worked with all of us patiently and tirelessly. She is an amazing communicator and my mom was able to get in touch with her easily with any questions that she had. She is honest, trustworthy, personable, and down-to-earth. She is also a fantastic negotiator and the perfect gladiator to have on your side when buying a home. She won both me and my parents over and by the time I finally purchased my condo, she was not only the best real estate agent we could have asked for, but also a great friend. She made the initially daunting process of buying a home, a seamless and fun experience.
