I've worked w/Sydney Shand since meeting him in 2008 and cannot say enough about his professionalism and ability to get things done in Real Estate. I had several Realtors to choose from when selling my home but there was never any doubt as to who I would choose to do the job. His knowledge of the Market and constant availability to his clients actually warrants a rating of 'higher than 10'.
