Theresa was exceptional! We were moving from out of state to Maryland and were not able to tour homes in person. Theresa made multiple trips to any houses that we sent that we were looking at on Redfin to send us videos and do virtual/FaceTime tours. First time buying a home so we had a LOT of questions. Theresa was quick and answered all our questions that we had. Theresa was able to negotiate with our limited timeline to get us into our home when we needed to. 10/10 would recommend.
