Despite living out of state, Tracy helped me sell my rental home (and help coordinate repairs) in record time without my ever meeting her in person. She helped negotiate a fair contract between the parties and was instrumental all the way up until the closing day. She was very confident that she could sell the house, which was not a very easy sell, but her confidence and follow-through paid off. I highly recommend Tracy as a reliable, energetic and committed agent.
