Tamara is not your typical agent -- at least not one I've run into recently. I had a difficult offer --purchase money loan of 80% with only 20% down. Other agents seriously wouldn't even talk with me. They would say "We're only taking cash offers." and that was that. Tamara was sitting on a very nice home, and the home had only been on the market one weekend -- yet she worked with me and the sellers and made the deal work for both of us. If you want someone to make the deal go through -- I would highly recommend Tamara!
