I can not describe in enough words the amazing work Tami did for my family during this process. The amount of patience she had with us was amazing. She never delays responses unlike other realtors. She listens to the customers and cares about the customers even though we have different opinions. She and her manager Ryan Allie showed us they do care about the customers. Especially she helped us to remove a huge old heavy TV left in the house and Ryan took care of the broken wall fixing payment after we moved in. We would say Redfin is a costumer oriented great company. They have professional management style which carries over to the employees to fulfill the customer’s satisfaction.
