Tamika was very patient and knowledgeable. She negotiated a really good offer for me and I am very pleased with my purchase. When things seemed to be going sideways with the loan, Tamika stepped in and made suggestions to help expedite the loan process. She kept encouraging me to think positive and assured me I would be going to closing soon. She even caught mistakes that would cost me extra money and I ended up getting a refund at the settlement table.

My fiancée and I were referred to Tamika by Redfin. We already had an agent but after a few days of non-responsiveness from our previous agent we decided to try get someone on Redfin, but we did not know that we were being put into the capable hands of Tamika. As first time home buyers we decided to go through NACA. Tamika completed all the webinars so that she can become a NACA approved agent and help us with our home search.
