Easily one of the worst realtors I’ve ever had. She was disengaged, her communication lacked follow-up and at times it was difficult to tell if she was the sellers or buyers agent. Whenever we would text or call her it would be days before we got a response, you would have to follow up with her multiple times before you even received a response. It almost felt as though she was just in it for a quick commission and if I could have fired her halfway through the process I definitely would have. Her lack of professionalism was astounding to us. Every time she said she would be at the house for any type appointment, we would find out that she ‘was always on the other side of town.’ I’m not sure if she’s just terrible at her job or disengaged because the Redfin commission is 1.5%. I got this home under contract the very first weekend it was on the market. I negotiated extremely favorable terms including the buyer paying some of the seller's closing costs on top of getting over the asking price.
Subsequent to going under contract, because the home was vacant and seller out of state, I was at every appointment where my presence was needed including meeting contractors to get estimates on needed repairs, to facilitate the completion of those repairs; overseeing the cleaning of the home prior to closing, as well as multiple visits per the sellers request to ensure that all was well and that the home was safe and secure. Furthermore, I negotiated a delay of the closing date to accommodate the seller’s needs.
I pride myself in providing an experience for my clients that addresses their needs and delivers on their goals. The numerous satisfied clients both past and present reflected in my customer feedback is a testament to my dedication to providing world class service.
