If I could give Tammy a higher score than 10 I would. She was the reason we got our house! It turned out that the house we fell in love with had 3 offers (ours being one of them) and they were all very similar. The sellers told their agent to "pick one" - and because Tammy had been so easy to work with / responsive / friendly with the selling agent, he chose our offer! I sent Tammy questions / emails every day because I was so anxious during the home buying process. We fell in love with our home and I didn't want anything to derail the deal going through. Tammy was patient throughout the entire process and answered every one of my questions. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and professional, but she was a blast to work with!
