Tanya seriously made all the difference in my home selling and buying process. She came prepared with a comparative market analysis and plan to sell my condo on day one and we hit the ground running. Tanya was super helpful in setting targets and giving me the best possible chance to get the ideal sale price, which we got, and getting it sold fast, which it did! For the buying process Tanya was very helpful and really catered to what I was looking for while making sure I was not set up to fail at any turn, and in the end she found the perfect home for me and I couldn't be more happy with it. It really felt like a team venture, and not once did I feel pressured, rushed or out of the loop. Bottom line, I'd recommend Tanya to anyone I know looking to sell or buy a home!

Tanya was wonderful to work with. We interviewed several agents and she was the one that we went with because of her honesty with us. She was giving us a fair market value for our home, she did her homework before our first meeting and she was well prepared. She always was available for our questions and if she did not answer the phone when we called, she always got back to us very quickly. She sold our house very quickly. The virtual pictures that were added to the listing were really wonderful and I believe it really helped in the quick sale. I would highly recommend Tanya to anyone interested in selling a home. I honestly believe she knows how to market a home the correct way.
