Tara was very friendly, but she did not freely offer advice on pricing or changes to the space to get our home sold. When I asked, she did respond quickly. Not every home on the market is a gem, but ours was not a turd either. Happy we sold. Tara came highly recommended from my brother Ben Coffee (long time Redfin employee) and that is why we used her. I suspect if there was more skin in the game, she would have been more forthcoming. Tiny deal on her end. I am grateful that she stuck with us for 6-7 months. She could have walked away but did not.
