Tara was extremely thorough and meticulous in the planning and execution of the sale of my unicorn retro-rustic 5000 sq. ft. home in Apache Junction, AZ. It was not going to be an easy sell but she was undaunted! She worked long hours and made it her personal mission to sell my home as much as it was mine! She took a personal interest in finding just the right buyers, gave me tips on what I needed to do (and not do) to successfully market the house. She is very well-connected in the real estate world and used many of her resources to extend her reach to advertise my home in places I did not even know existed. I had my home for sale a year prior and the agents did not respect my wishes nor my needs as a home owner (and they insulted my home) which is why I fired them within the first 30 days! (there were 2 of them.) I 200% recommend Tara for a buyer or seller, she will represent you 100% all the way through with honesty and integrity with a personal touch!
