Absolutely wonderful! I didn't wake up the day I looked at the home thinking I was going to be a homeowner. Tawanna was able to get me in the home to view and several days later put in my offer! I was totally surprised!! Tawanna showed me that area values of homes in the area and I was knew the home was a good investment! Tawanna was even able to get price lowered by $30k!
