WOW!!! As first-time homebuyers and out-of-state homebuyers, we were lost and scared about the home-buying process, but we feel extremely lucky to be working with Taylor! Found a place we love, and Taylor was able to put in an offer the same day, and it got accepted within hours. Taylor was quick, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. I lived out of state, so Taylor helped me with everything from showing up to the inspection, working with HOA, and scheduling all my contractors for repairs for me. Taylor texted/emailed/called us with updates regarding every step of the process so that we knew what was happening. He worked with my inspectors, my loan officers, and my title company to make sure everything move smoothly. Sat down with my and went through every pages on my inspection reports to make sure I understand everything. We were able to closed in less than 1 month. Honestly, I could not have ask for a better partner on this journey. This entire thing did not feel like a transaction, but rather we feel like we have a great partner/friend on this journey.
