Working with Brian was a great experience. I had to quickly find a cash buyer for a home that needed major renovations and within a few weeks he was able to locate an appropriate buyer who was willing to take on the project as well as pay the price I required. Brian even went above and beyond on his own time and expense to remove an old fishing boat from the property before closing. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.

Charlie and her team were nothing short of amazing with our home purchase. She came recommend through a friend and was knowledgeable in the area we were moving too as we were out of state. She answered all our questions and was quick and prompt with appointments and with any upcoming homes. She knew what we wanted and what homes weren’t going to work out. We loved them as first time home buyers and would use them again!

She was so great to work with! She made the process so easy on our end even though there was an issue with the plat because the title company we had used ar the time of purchase did not ensure everything was done properly. She hooked us up with someone who could assist and helped to guide us through what needed to be done to get the issue corrected. Despite the hurdles we faced, she got us through and found a buyer for our land! We were very pleased with Charlie through every step of the process! Highly recommend her!
