When I first met with Aron and David I thought they were cocky. David asked me how soon I wanted to sell? I told him, he said consider it done. I promise you, the house was listed December 5th. Very first viewing , an offered was made and accepted on Dec 27th. Afterwards, it was smooth sailing from our point. Aron called or texted daily, communication was excellent. His advice and negotiation skills for me, a seller was phenomenal. David and his team did an outstanding job. Overall, I’m a satisfied seller.

I will forever be grateful for everything David Dominguez and his team has done for me. Working together with him and his team on buying my very first Condo was one of the greatest experience I had. Many people would tell me how stressful it is buying a home. , I’m not going to lie it was stressful but Realty Of Chicago made it very simple and less stressful. The commitment they have with their clients it’s above and beyond. They treat you like family. If I decide to resale or buy another property I will definitely contact David in a heartbeat.
