Tiff and her team were so organized and on top of any issue that came up. She had great recommendations on getting our house ready to sell and trades that could get it done. She handled the Initial NYS COVID shutdown very well. The marketing and presentation of our home was top notch. Working with Tiff was a very positive experience.

Buyer agent was able to answer my phone call okay. But I feel he is disappear after I signed for the contract. Closing date end up with 10 days late, and myself did most of coordinations for attorneys. The additional request I asked agent to put on addum contract was writing wrong and he gave me a hint to accept whatever happened by his mistake. Or the closing date will be push back more. He complained I didn’t use the attorney that he wanted me to use since very first day to the last walk through day. Overall, before sign contract, he was ok, but “disappear”after that.
