Through multiple walk through's and a few schedule changes on our end, Ted found us our absolute dream home. We went to an open house and met Ted. We expressed our interest in buying a house around Youngsville and he promptly started showing us listings. He found us numerous houses to look at. Ted found us a great deal on a house in the neighborhood that we wanted that was cheaper than the original houses that we looked at. We made an offer and it was accepted. The closing process was super smooth with Ted, as he helped sell our old house and buy the new home. He had everything squared away on his/our end and made closing an extremely easy process. Ted is without a doubt an incredible agent and is extremely knowledgeable in the local area.
