Ted was an excellent agent. He was very proactive and helpful, provided good guidance, and adapted to changes in circumstances. The original plan for sale was disrupted due to the pandemic and negotiating with the tenants, and Ted was very supportive through the process. He then did a great job in helping prep the property for sale, staging, viewing, and handling offers.
We would like to thank Ted for helping us buy our new home. Ted worked with our schedules and preferences throughout our home-buying journey. Always punctual, professional, and responsive. With COVID restrictions in place, he was prompt with the additional paperwork and scheduling that went along with it. Ted also suggested a few off-market listings within his network that matched our budget and requirements. Often he would provide some insights on how much it would cost us to get something fixed or re-done for a home and this would be helpful for us in determining our offer prices. Ted was quick, responsive and was able to multitask. All these were 3 very important things when it comes to making the right initial offer. The fact that we only offered once goes to show communication was very efficient. He was also helpful in providing advice and contacts about other support services that you need when buying a home. With all agents you need to be upfront about your expectations and that applies here as well. Overall i would recommend Ted and wouldn't hesitate to reuse him when needed.
