The first-time home buyer may need different help than a seasoned buyer but a few services and experiences remain the same. You want an agent with knowledge in what pitfalls to look for in a house while touring. An agent who can quickly adjust to you as an individual home buyer and help you tour what will fit your needs while at the same time help you avoid houses that would waste your time. You want a friendly agent that can give feedback without unduly influencing your opinion, this is an often-overlooked trait. I have to start by saying my home buying process was different due to the fact I was relocating from Florida back to Ohio. I was very nervous, being a first time home buyer with a low budget and buying without seeing the property in person first, that I was taking a gamble. Then I got to work with Teena. Teena and her team spent tons of time on me between Facetime, Text, Email and late night phone calls (again, thank you) I felt comfortable in making my decision. Always open and honest and really down to earth with none of the useless business fluff you normally would expect from this kind of thing.
