Terri was a fantastic agent, in a world where agent performance is pretty average at best. She is friendly, caring, diligent, authentic and tenacious. She went above and beyond our expectations at every turn, even with the challenges related to a difficult seller and she provided a wealth of advice. Her after sale service has continued to be amazing. She is responsive, has a positive attitude, and most importantly tells you the good and bad things, including taking responsibility for seller failures. Highly recommend as an agent and friend.
