About Terry
I have been in the real estate business in one form or another for twenty years. I started out building speculative homes and selling them and then moved into full time real estate sales in 2019. My favorite part about real estate is helping people find a great home. I really enjoy seeing the excitement when an offer is accepted and on closing day.

In addition to real estate, I enjoy sporting events such as college basketball & football (Go Heels!), traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

We would give Terry a rating of 20, if we could. Terry literally held our hand through one of the scariest process ever! Buying a house is a big deal but having a house built from the ground up while living in another state is a COLOSSAL feat!
