First time buyer of a commercial property and was anxious about the process. I did not have any references and randomly, through advertisement on a property, I met Terry Wilks. I consider it a blessing after having worked through the process and acquiring the property to have had Terry and his team lead the way. Terry was very knowledgeable about each step and the process required. His referrals for inspections, insurance quotes, etc. were professional and courteous, and most of all very prompt, concerning being on time, attention to details and providing me with complete information. As for any issues that were incurred (as always) they were resolved expeditiously with the help of Terry and his team from Redfin.

I found Terry very direct and informative. If I had a question, he was usually able to answer within short notice. And perhaps most importantly, even though he gave his opinion (sometimes more strongly than others), he never hesitated to act out my wishes/endeavors. It never felt like he was not acting in my best interest.
