We contacted Dawn to discuss how best to sell the house "as is", and within a couple hours she was able to provide all the details we needed to decide to sell. Once it was listed, we had a signed contract on the house within 48 hours. It was such an easy, friendly, and professional process, I must say I was both impressed and surprised. Everything went as smoothly as one could hope for, and I highly recommend using the Bremer Team if looking to sell in her area!

The seller had a mold and raccoon feces in the house attic and they promised they were going to fix it but never did. I trusted the seller and realtors i did not check the attic because it’s difficult for me to go on a ladder 🪜 I’m 70 years old I will be difficult to stay in a house with mold and animal feces. Fixing the problem is out of my budget at the moment but I trust it will get done.

Our home was unique and it was a long selling process, due in part to starting out with another realtor who didn't believe in advertising. Dawn and Jennifer did a great job of looking at our home through a buyer's eyes and gave reasonable advice to help with presentation. The team dropped the ball on several areas during the sale and buy of our new house. We asked for them to purchase the home warranty for the sale of our house, they did not. Also, they completely forgot about the final walk through of the new house. On top of that they forgot to bring the key to the buyers of our home. The only thing they did right was price and sell our home quickly.
