Chi's team gets to know your home preferences. This is not easy feat. Think about how many choices there are. I don't think we know exactly what we want. They were able to find interesting homes in my price range. Further, Mia was extremely accommodating my search and inspection. We needed to have my wife remote and she was willing to use her phone to have my wife be virtual. (My service provider was not working.) She also checked with the seller agents to get a read on sellers' status. Both Chi and Mia are very personable and a pleasure to do business. Thank you both for helping me find a home in Maryland!
