I purchased a 2 acres lots n he was the realtor. I did not know him. When I was planning to buy a house I contacted the realtor which I purchased earlier house. The realtor gave me appointment to see the house n I drove always for 4 hours for the appointment but she canceled the appointment n told me she will send me pictures but never did. So I contacted Cesar n very next day he sent me pictures n we purchased the house in a month. Then I again contacted him to buy another house in Daytona n we reached late because of traffic jam .He waited for 4 hours for appointment. We purchased the house too in months. Cesar is hard worker n very dedicated to his job. I am writing this so that u know n in future we will look for him.

Cesar was exceptional when I was purchasing my second home . He was attentive and personable when it came to my needs and wants . And was always available for his client
