Living out of state, she is very good at keeping me informed with the process, which made me feel like I still live in California. Tami went above and beyond making a trip to Home Depot to get a few minor things and taking care of them inside my home, when I could have had a family member take care of it. She responds almost immediately with all correspondence, which is nice when I have questions. I feel we are always on the same page during each step of the process. I can't speak highly enough of or Realtor Tami. I had a very sensitive and short time frame for her to work within, and Tami was very sensitive and quick to respond to every communication. Tami even drove an hour to my location to sign documents. Tami was extremely knowledgeable and offered her expertise to us which helped us make decisions quickly. Tami was well informed on the latest law and rule changes by the Federal, and local governments. Tami is by far, the best real estate professional we have used. She made the difficult process enjoyable. Tami is friendly, accommodating, prompt and a great communicator.
