Erin is wondeful, I 1000% recommend her! She was recommended to me by a friend who was also a first time buyer and had a very positive experience. From the start Erin was responsive, informative, and thoughtful, as well as being friendly and personable. I had no idea what to expect and she walked me through the whole process. She was supportive of my decisions (even when I pulled an offer) and I feel she is genuine and trustworthy. We got my house for below the ask price with a seller credit at closing, which really helped with all those up-front costs. I've been in my new home since December and am very happy with my first home purchase.

I thought it was another real estate call but she caught my attention as I mentioned I work in education and she shared her mom a teacher at Denver Public Schools. At that point I had to pull over and hear her out. She's very well informed on the market throughout metro Denver and attentive to detail about you, her client.
