Chris has the patience of a saint. It took over a year and two different realtors to sell our house in another state (a complete nightmare). Chris stood by our side and continued send us Texas homes the entire time. She never gave up and checked on us often. Once our house was sold Chris helped my wife find a great Texas home in less than a week, with zero issues. She has continued to help us even after the sell as we get used to all that Texas has to offer. We highly recommend her and can’t stress enough how over the top wonderful she is as a person and realtor.

I've used Roger and Chris in the past and used them a second time to sell vs buy this time. I am extremely picky with whom I do business with and constantly "price things out" or search for the best value and my repeat business should be taken as commendation of the highest. Both my Fiancee and I worked with Chris & Roger Farley to find our first home. Our search lasted over the course of 8 months looking at house after house and Roger was excellent at accommodating us and getting us in to view houses immediately. He was willing to travel out of his comfort zone for us and even if it meant looking at a million houses, Roger was ready to play ball. We found the house we now call home because he was willing to take us to see it the first day it hit the market, after driving 100+ miles for us to look at other houses that day. On the way home, we saw the house on Redfin and called Roger. He set us up to look at it a couple hours later. He definitely became a friend and will be missed. There should be a million more like him and the world would be a better place.

The hard thing to do was to get my exwife to see it was not goimg to sell for a $100,000 dollars after the way it was left. . chris kept me closely posted as to what was going on thru the whole procedure. Roger was late for every appointment we had with him. I had to find the houses we wanted to look at with no input from them. Was never given comparables when puting in an offer. For the most part, the Farleys provided quality service. There were a couple times early in our dealings where it was questionnable, but later I found out that I was not the only potential buyer with which they were working. So, I would definitely recommend these two to anyone.
