After viewing the property and deciding to make an offer, Cameron immediately put the contract together and presented it to the Seller’s agent. Throughout every step of the home buying process Cameron made sure I stayed on task to ensure the lender had everything they needed. We had a couple of extensions and Cameron stayed in communication with everyone to ensure we made it to the closing table. I could reach out to Cameron day or night, which I did more than a few times, and he immediately responded to my texts and emails. I would and have recommended Cameron to anyone looking to start the home buying process.

This might sound like a paid advertisement haha but truly, they continued to impress me every step of the way. Six months ago my wife and I contacted Cameron Gossen from our home in Meridian Idaho seeking information on homes in the Houston, Pearland area. We also contacted 5 or 6 other agents in the same area. We told Cameron and the others that we weren't sure when we might move to Texas, but we would like information nonetheless. Initially all of the agents responded, but eventually gave up on us, but not Cameron, he stuck with us throughout our search. We did finally make the move to Houston and rented an apartment until we could find the right house. Once again Cameron stuck with us and a month later found us the perfect place to live. I feel so fortunate in having the TOP realtor team from Texas! Cameron and Sh’Ree worked long hours for me as this was an out of state move for me! They both went above and beyond of what most realtors do! I couldn’t have done this without their expertise, the help and guidance and honesty was very comforting snd I truly admire them both more than words can say. They basically held my hand through the steps as I was trying to sell my home in Arizona and buy in Texas at the same time which was extremely overwhelming to me! Without Cameron and Sh’Rees’ help through this process I would have either dropped the sale or been put in a nut house!

Most amazing experience! Patient, professional and prompt! A million miles apart from my first homebuying experience. It's nice to know that they genuinely care - especially with such a big commitment.
