He was very patient throughout the whole process. Shawn is very organized, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was always available to answer our questions and provided valuable insights that helped us make very important decisions. Sean went with the flow on what we were needing. We knew we needed a house, but we weren’t sure about where to even start. He helped us find varying price ranges, single family to duplexes, as we considered and explored many options. He is very knowledgeable on utilities, taxes, varying renting services. In the end, we were thrilled with the home we found for our Red Raiders and highly recommend him.

We really enjoyed working with Shawn! He was super helpful and made the process of buying a house way less stressful. When we had doubts about being able to buy he squashed them. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family! I will also definitely be using him again!

We did not live in Lubbock during the time we were trying to sell our house. Shawn went above and beyond to facilitate the process for us. He let in repairmen, had open houses, and simplified the closing for us. He is professional and hard working. I would highly recommend him.
