Jim and Dave are well respected agents in the Wilmington area. Their price point recommendation for our house was on the mark, and it sold above what our expectations were. The ties they have to contractors are also invaluable; our house needed a lot of work to get ready to sell, and they had a list of recommendations that were perfect. Jim and Dave both grew up in the area, and as a result they have expert knowledge of all the neighborhoods - especially critical for out of state buyers.
