After a few realtors Kevin made the deal happen. No matter what time it was he would answer any question I had and help us with everything we need help. He’s a guy who will go out of his way to make you feel comfortable while looking for a new home and not be pushy like other realtors making you buy what they want to make a deal happen. If you are to looking to sell and/or buy a house, Ray and Stephanie will get the job done. Their honest opinion about the properties we've looked at helped us make good decisions. Their timing for the whole selling and buying process kept us away from being homeless. They are also partnered with an awesome loan officer who helped us through at a crucial time when other lenders couldn't perform. Ray and the whole team are simply the best. I'm living in my dream house because of them and I'm thankful everyday.
