We are impressed with Alex's professionalism. We bought this Jacksonville condo sight unseen from California. Alex listened to our needs and helped us prepared for the bid. Due to the distance, we had to do all signing to get ready for the bid. Alex was so patient and helped us navigate the process. We were so happy that we got the bid. We met Alex in Florida in person for the closing. Again, he walked us through the house, answers all our questions.....even give us some great local recommendations in Jacksonville. We are fortunate to have Alex as our real estate agent in Jacksonville. 20 stars all the way if we can give!
