When shopping for a home you also find yourself shopping for the right realtor. All of which are full of why choose them and full of promises. I thank god for guiding us to Alex and his team. Let me start by saying that Alex Sotolongo was a God Sent! I started my Home Buying journey without an agent because I thought I really didn't need one. Believe me I was wrong! So wrong, that If someone as knowledgeable about home buying as Alex wasn't assisting me, I would have missed out on the best deal I have ever had when it comes to purchasing a home. When I called Alex, I was looking to purchase a home that was a little over priced, with outdated appliances and was 18 years old. Alex re-directed me to the new construction Corsair community. A community that I had previously passed on for personal reasons. However, after discussing Corsair in detail with my agent, I decided to give the new construction community another look. Believe me I am so grateful that I did. Specifically, "Because" of Mr. Sotolongo's assistance, I was able to take advantage of previously expired offers from the builder (Reduction of price from $292k to $287k). At the end of the day, Alex helped me secure a brand new home at 3.99%, with several free appliances and over $19k in incentives. I highly recommend Alex Sotolongo, he will enhance anyone's home buying experience.
