Janet found out that my property in Grovetown had been fraudulently listed. She tracked me down and we got the listing canceled. After several telephone chats, I realized that Janet was a real go-getter and would be a good choice to market my property. We met at Janet's office, did paperwork and agreed on pricing. From there Janet kept me informed of what she was doing and what prospective buyers were saying. In what seemed like no time we had an offer of my asking price. Janet handled this sale in a very professional manner and I would call her again in the future.
