Tracey helped me to quickly sell an estate property for an excellent price. From my first meeting with her, Tracey took charge, generously sharing her contacts, doing multiple market reads, and checking on the property for me as I live out of state. She is very motivated and highly organized. She never wasted my time. The property sold in a few days and Tracey guided me through the paperwork. I highly recommend Tracey Vawter.

Gus is an incredible realtor and person. He helped my husband and I find a home, and is by far the best we have EVER worked with. Gus is thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, calm, and never pushy. We had a timeframe to find a home, and he did it. Since closing, he has checked in on us, provided contacts for items we wanted looked at, even offered to let me use his power washer for our new home! (haha). A truly great team--very easy to work with and both had a huge amount of patience in dealing with me. Both gave good advice whenever I asked and made the whole process much less painful! I had not sold a house in almost 50 yrs so they had to answer LOTS of questions and walk me thru the whole process. I would recommend them without hesitation.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Gus. He made the whole process so easy and stress-free for us. He made us feel as though we were his only clients. He always made time for us and was available anytime we reached out. He made our home look beautiful and made sure we were comfortable with everything. We also had the chance of working with Annemarie for a short time, as well. Annemarie was super friendly and professional, she was also always available when we had questions. I would highly recommend the Wagner team to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. my husband and I worked with and talked to numerous real estate agents over the years and Gus and Annemarie were the most knowledgeable, honest, professional, and friendliest agents. They definitely are the best!

Annemarie managed the sale of the home in which I had lived for 57 years. She did so with sensitivity, grace and professional skill. She explained complex forms simply, sagely advised on financial issues, selling price, and details of settlement. She and Gus went above and beyond to make the sale of my home a smooth and painless process. I felt very confident that they had my best interests at heart and that they would handle any issues that arose. I am grateful for their hard work and guidance. I highly recommend their services to anyone buying or selling real estate.

We learned about Gus through his first-time buyers seminar. We couldn’t make the actual seminar time so he arranged to meet us separately. He was very awesome through the whole process! He answered all of our questions and sometimes rearranged his schedule to meet us for showings. When it came to finding out house, he had switched his plans a little so we could get in to see it. Good thing as our offer was one of three submitted within 24 hrs of the house being listed. Gus is awesome! We highly recommend The Wagner Realty team!

Gus and Annemarie did a tremendous job selling my home. They gave me exceptional, and personalized, service. They were available to me 24/7 to answer any question I had or to just be there as a calming force during the transition. My home sold within 3 days of being on the market. I would definitely use them again if/when I ever buy and sell another house.

We talked to our friends & family before house hunting, and many that went through the house process ended up not recommending their realtors to us for various reasons. We ended up attending a first time home-buying seminar and met Gus! Gus was phenomenal during the entire process. He never missed a late night phone call, helped (and continues to help) us with so many things that were far beyond a realtor’s job title, set us up with an awesome estate sale where we found our furniture, and finally worked his magic to get us into the perfect home (literally worked his magic- we weren’t even the highest offer!)
