Theo was wonderful. He was patient with us, helping us place offers on 4 different properties before helping us with our forever home. He explained everything thoroughly to us, two clueless out-of-state buyers. He answered our calls when we had questions, texted back in a timely manner and never made us feel like we were bothering him over trivial matters. He is a gem and I would hope everyone has as great an experience with him as we did.

Theodore made the IMPOSSIBLE possible!!!!!!!! I had a very difficult time thinking my home was going to sell because of the market, the local competition, and the area I lived in. He helped me sell the house in 60 days!!!!! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, had my best interest in mind, and was always available for any questions I had, and I had a TON of questions. When I look for my next home, I know exactly who I'll be calling!!!!! Thank you Theodore!!!!
