Thom expended much effort to study the market and help me set a selling price that was realistic but satisfactory and he very tactfully caused me to understand that representations made by a roofer that repaired the roof of my former residence shortly before the house was placed on the market were inaccurate and that I needed to make additional repairs to it and I was glad that I took his advice and did not refuse to do so and lose the buyer. He also did a great job of coordinating the many tasks that needed to be performed to complete the sale.
