Wow, just wow! I have to say, I have bought two houses and sold one with Thomas. My first experience a few years earlier was amazing, he helped me buy my first house, insofar as being extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as a first time home buyer. He made such a positive impression on me at that time that when we outgrew our home, he was at the top of the list of who to get in contact with. I reached out to Redfin and specifically requested that he would be assigned to us and boy, we were not let down. We all understand how, at times, selling your house can seem daunting or impossible, especially buying and selling or vs simultaneously. Thomas took the time to explain potential avenues and strategies associated with both. He helped us land multiple offers on the sale of our home, all the while , he demonstrated why he is senior in his role. There were times when my family and I were both anxious and nervous and Thomas, with his calm and warm disposition, was able to talk us through the scenarios. Ultimately, I believe if it were not for his perseverance and determination we wouldn’t have landed multiple offers on our home sale. All the while he was working with us in negotiations with our home purchase. Fast forward, we closed earlier than anticipated on the sale of our home, which was fantastic! We closed on the sale of our dream home. Our family was truly blessed and we honestly can’t say enough about how great our experience was with Thomas! Our 20 month old daughter still says his name and looks for him. I wish Redfin had an army of people like Thomas. He always went the extra mile for us, answered texts, emails and calls all hours of night and day for us. Thank you Thomas! Redfin is truly lucky to have you!!
