Tom is such a great person. He was very knowledgeable of the investor market in the Joshua Tree/ Twenty Nine Palm area. He gave great advice that ultimately got us the deal AND saved me money. Tom had connections to a great lender that helped finance the deal. Also Tom was able to put me in contact with contractors, cleaners, and inspectors to help me get my rental business started. Tom showed integrity and honesty every time we went over criteria, how to finance, plans for the property, and evaluating different properties. When legislation in the city changed he alerted me right away. At every point I had a question, Tom lent his expertise and guided me.
