Karin is the best! From the beginning of my home buying process to the end she helped me every step of the way. During our first conversation I told her my price range, preferred area and my nonnegotiables were. She made a list of houses that fit my criteria and sent it to me the very next day. As a first time homebuyer I did not have too much knowledge on what to look out for during house tours and Karin was able to educate me on topics such as signs of lead paint, asbestos insulation and ect. I relied heavily on her experience when it came to putting in offers and negotiating. When it came to reviewing and signing paperwork Karin made it that process very easy. Karin was an active communicator with me and my loan officer on the rare occasion there were any issues or questions. While waiting for the closing date she checked in frequently and gave me a timeline of events I should be keeping track of. She let me know when to set up my utilities so that everything would be functional on the closing date. If I ever decide to sell my house or buy another property Karin would be the first person I’d talk to and if any of my friends or aqaintaces
