Tiana was assigned to us through Redfin because we were relocating from out of state. Our friends recommended we buy through Redfin because of how hands on the network of Agents were and how accommodating they had been during the hunt for their out of state move. Unfortunately, our experience fell well short of what we expected during such a significant purchase. If you're looking for a realtor who is hands-on, communicative, and provides a high level of customer service, this was not our experience. Most of our interactions were through text message. Given that we were buying from another state, we expected at least occasional phone calls to check in, answer questions, or walk us through important milestones. Any phone conversations we did have were initiated by us rather than her. From the beginning, we were very clear about what we wanted in a home, so there was very little guesswork involved. Even so, communication was minimal, follow-through was inconsistent, and we often felt like we had to advocate for ourselves to get updates or keep the process moving. Rather than feeling supported, we often felt like we were inconveniencing her whenever we reached out. The offer submission process also felt unnecessarily prolonged. There were times we waited several hours for updates because she was attending another closing. We understand that realtors juggle multiple clients, but timely communication—or even a quick update about expectations—would have gone a long way. Closing day was also disappointing. Tiana arrived about 20 minutes late without calling or texting to let us know she was running behind. While delays happen, not communicating them was consistent with the lack of responsiveness we experienced throughout the transaction. We love the home we purchased and are grateful to have found it. However, the communication, follow-through, and overall customer service did not reflect the level of care we believe a home purchase deserves—especially for buyers relocating from another state. We walked away loving our new home but wishing we'd had a realtor who was more engaged, proactive, and invested in guiding us through the journey.

Tiana was amazing. She was well informed about each of the neighborhoods where we toured homes. She managed a slow to respond seller during the pre-closing repair process, and made the experience of buying a first home less stressful.

Tiana was very helpful in making sure we were able to view the homes we were interested. All while we were travelling back and forth from Colorado and Georgia. She made the whole process easy and got us the information we needed to make the right offer decisions.

Tiana has been amazing. The process of selling my home and buying a new one has been insanely stressful and overwhelming and Tiana has been the embodiment of "calm, cool, and collected." At every step she has gone above and beyond to advocate for me and I can't say enough about how much I've appreciated that. She's also very communicative and knowledgeable (for instance, when touring homes, she quickly pointed out potential issues that I never would have noticed). I would 100% recommend Tiana to anyone looking to buy or sell their home in the Atlanta area.
