We had an excellent experience working with Tim to buy our first home! His approach was very data-driven and he gave us a good picture of the current market so we could make an educated decision. We never felt pressured or rushed and he gave us a candid assessment of the pros and cons of each place we saw. He also took the time to strike up a relationship with the listing agent for the place we eventually bought, which gave us an edge when making an offer. He was very responsive to us and also flexible and accommodating with his schedule so we could see places on short notice.

Tim has been the best. He has helped with many different things, not necessarily related to selling a house, or buying a house. You have a real gem in Tim. He is a warm, caring person, who really puts the client first.
