Tim was wonderful to work with, and I would 100% recommend him to anyone serious about purchasing their own slice of life. He was polite, responsive, kind, and personable. He shared good anecdotes to highlight his points. He encouraged good decision making which was great as a first-time buyer. Tim was great with referring for other services as well such as utility assistance, home inspectors, and potential loan providers. Overall, I had a great experience with Tim. He made it a point to be present at my closing which was greatly appreciated.
