Timothy is by far the best agent I have worked with. He was patient with my questions and guided me through pros and cons of buying a property which was a huge investment for me. He was careful in guiding me and did not make me rush to any decision. He was also available at different times of the day during crucial hours (around closing). He also had a ton of strong referrals for me when I closed the house. I would work with Tim again in a hearbeat and refer him to my friends.

Tim is phenomenal to work with. We just bought our second home with him. Always there when you need him, very hands on, extremely thorough, very knowledgeable about real estate, and most importantly, he will never let you buy a house you should not be buying. He really went above and beyond every step of the way for us! :)

Absolutely amazing experience with Tim. Tim was very clear about what we were dealing with and what needed to happen to get the house sold. The experience is stressful to say the least, but Tim walked us through each phase so there were no shocking surprises. Tim goes beyond what we know as customer service to inform and guide. I can't see myself working with anyone other than Tim and I'm glad he chose to work with us.
