Todd, Sherry and Jesse made the home buying process so smooth and painless. My wife and I were in separate states and they managed to make seem like we were both there in person. They listened to what we were looking for and helped narrow down to our forever home. Sherry was phenomenal by going out of her way to send us videos of the houses we liked but also provided her own feedback which was amazing. Todd was phenomenal as well as he answered any of our questions no matter how off the wall they were but also explained things to us which made us feel better as we are not familiar with realtor language. We managed to find a home, bid on the home, and close on the home all within a 45 day window which would not have been possible without Todd and his team.
