Our experience with Tom has been fantastic. Whenever we mentioned we liked or disliked something, he did a great job of keeping that in mind and modifying our search to accommodate for that. He always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in each step of this process and that we were aware about what's required in each step. Tom even accompanied us to the title office since it was our first time and were unsure about how to go about it. Our seller was putting a lot of pressure on us for various things but Tom did an incredible job of making sure we weren't feeling any heat from them and protected us from any pressure that the seller was trying to put on us.
