Tom is awesome, I've worked with several agents in the past and Tom was by far the most friendly, caring, and personable. He was also patient with me and all my indecisiveness, and assured me to go with what I felt was best. I never felt rushed or pushed into to doing anything I didn't want to, as some other agents had done. So glad I was paired up with him and I feel like I can call him a friend after this experience!
