We first met Tom when he helped us to purchase land for our new construction home. This transaction happened very quickly - Tom was immediately on top of the situation, and his proactive approach helped us to present the best offer for success. We were so pleased with the experience that we asked Tom to be the selling agent for our house in Rochester. We were hoping for a quick sale of our house. Tom made this happen with his friendly personality and positive attitude toward our 1965 house. He was supportive of our improvement efforts, and helped us to establish realistic goals in this endeavor prior to the listing. We received multiple offers after the two open houses. We were impressed with Tom's strengths in the financial aspects and his good insight into what constitutes the best offer. The sale of our house was pretty perfect thanks to Tom! We really enjoyed working with Tom again. He is extremely knowledgeable, pays good attention to details and gives the best advice.
