I would recommend Tom Hunt to anyone looking to purchase in the Humboldt area. Not only did he guide us through which neighborhood would match with what we are looking for but also took the time to work with us over a 4 month period. When we finally found the perfect home Tom pushed for us and remained steadfast in making sure we were represented. At the end of the day we purchased our dream Victorian home and could not have done it without him. Tom is a fighter and in complicated transactions you want him in your corner.

As first time home buyers, my wife and I had a ton of questions while purchasing our first home. Tom was patient and thorough with all of them. Not only did he help us feel comfortable during the process, but he advocated for us through inspections and negotiations. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and families, and wouldn't hesitate to use him again for any future home purchases.
